RECOVERY: Not Just for the Addict
Thursday Oct 13, 2022
Thursday Oct 13, 2022
Hey there, Andrea Syedel here.
I am the author and podcast host of Saving You is Killing Me: Loving Someone with an Addiction.
I used to despise when someone told me I needed recovery when I was not the one with the addiction. As if I need more shame, blame and turmoil while loving or, in my case, losing someone to addiction. But then I shifted my perspective and realized just how powerful it is to recover who you were and take back your power from someone else addiction. Listen in to discover how this slight shift of perspective can help you!
Recovery is for everyone, especially if you love or have lost someone to addiction.
Sending Hugs Andrea
